Pallet Types Available
Australian Standard Light Weight Pallets (1165 × 1165mm)
The most commonly used pallet format across Australian warehousing and retail distribution. The 1165 × 1165mm footprint fits standard Australian racking systems, and the lighter construction makes handling easier across high-volume operations.
Retail distributors, FMCG operations and general warehousing businesses tend to use these in large volumes because the price point and availability make sense for the turnover rate. If your loads aren’t overly heavy and you’re moving product through racking regularly, this is often the starting point.

Australian Standard Heavy Weight Pallets (1165 × 1165mm)
Same footprint as the light weight, built heavier. Businesses moving packaged construction materials, industrial components or dense manufactured goods tend to gravitate toward these because they hold up better under repeated forklift handling and heavier loads.
The heavier timber construction also extends the pallet life in demanding environments — think freight depots, manufacturing yards or anywhere pallets are handled roughly and stacked hard.

Block Pallets (12 × 1)
Four-way forklift entry makes block pallets faster to handle, especially in tight warehouse configurations where repositioning a pallet is time-consuming. They’re also well suited to racking systems that require consistent, stable base support.
Export operations use these regularly too. The structural profile is recognised across international supply chains and handles container loading well.
Euro Pallets (1200 × 800mm)
The 1200 × 800mm format is the standard across European logistics networks. Importers and exporters dealing with European supply chains often need these to keep their pallet management aligned with their trading partners’ requirements.
If your operation receives goods on Euro pallets and you’re looking to buy stock to match, or you’re shipping into European markets, these are available in bulk.
American Pallets (48″ × 40″)
The 48 × 40 inch format dominates North American supply chains. Businesses exporting to the US or Canada, or receiving regular shipments from those markets, often need a reliable source of American-spec pallets to maintain consistency across their freight operations.
Available across Sydney. Worth discussing volume and timing if you have regular export schedules.
Used Plastic Pallets
Plastic pallets are the practical choice for operations where hygiene matters — food processing, pharmaceutical handling, cold chain storage and any environment where pallets are regularly cleaned. They don’t absorb moisture, they won’t splinter, and they’re straightforward to hose down between uses.
They’re also forklift and pallet jack compatible, so there’s no handling disruption when you switch from timber. For businesses with high-frequency pallet cleaning requirements, the longer usable lifespan often makes the economics work in their favour.
We supply used plastic pallets in various grades and sizes. Stock is inspected for structural usability before it ships.
